The Implants Toolkit: Your One-Stop Source for Reliable and Relevant Web-Based Information about Hormonal Implants

A comprehensive, evidence-based information resource on hormonal implants is now just a click away. The Implants Toolkit, a product of the Long-Acting and Permanent Methods (LA/PM) Community of Practice, provides policy makers, health care providers, and program managers across the globe with state-of-the-art information on this highly safe and increasingly popular contraceptive method.

Hormonal implants are gaining popularity among a broad range of women wanting to time, space, or limit future pregnancies. As the number of such products—Implanon®, Jadelle®, and Sino-implant (II)®—grows, so does the need for a thorough, detailed resource devoted to them. The Implants Toolkit offers professionals around the world quick and easy access to information on programming and policy considerations relevant to hormonal implants—information that has been reviewed by expert panels and is housed in one convenient location.
